custard boutique return policy
At Custard we want each and every one of our customers to be excited about their purchases. If you find your Custard order does not meet this standard, we will be happy to exchange it for you. However, the unwashed unworn garment with price tag intact and receipt included must be shipped within seven days of receiving it.
return procedure:
Email us (contact@custardboutique.com) stating your intent to return and reasons why the item is being returned. We will then respond with an email confirming whether or not we will accept the return.
shipping:
Once your return has been confirmed with us, send your return package prepaid to our address. Custard Boutique is NOT responsible for missing packages.
We will then send you an email once we receive the package and have credited your credit card/PayPal account.
custard boutique exchange policy
Custard is also happy to exchange a garment. Follow the pre-shipping procedure above, except email us explaining not only why the item is to be exchanged but also what it will be exchanged for. After receiving our confirmation email for the exchange, follow the shipping procedures listed above.
custard boutique damage/error policy
If your Custard purchase arrives damaged or a different product than what was ordered is delivered, follow similar steps listed above: email us your intent to return the product and what specifically is damaged. After we respond with a confirmation email, continue with the shipping directions. Once we receive your damaged/incorrect merchandise we will gladly refund your money and your shipping costs as well upon inspection.
